Stir fried Beef with Jicama Recipe (Bò Xào Củ Đậu)

Ingredients:

300g beef
1 jicama (100 – 150g)
Salt, oyster oil, Magi’s stuff, spring onion, coriander, garlic, pepper

Process:

Step 1: Clean and slice beef thinly. Marinate with 1 teaspoon salt, a little oyster oil, pepper, mix well and wait about 15 minutes. Peel off the cover of jicama, clean and slice fiber.

Step 2: Heat a little oil, add minced garlic and fry until it is fragrant. Next, add sliced beef and fry quickly with large heat in few minutes. Pour into clean plate.
